Car Wrecks

There's a claypan close to where we live, and on the claypan are the wrecks of cars. They're all quite different and offer surprisingly gorgeous colors and shapes. It's an intriguing relationship between these slowly decaying elements of the modern world and one of the oldest landscapes on the planet.

I'm loving these despite having seen them before but especially the titles inspired (nicked) from top welsh bands manics n catatonia!

cool for spotting the 'homage'(s) -- it all started with the first wreck painting and not being able to get the line from the Catatonia song out of my head (it is really a very pretty wreck). After naming the first one, thought I'd kick the habit of my usual boringly descriptive titles a go a bit allusive for the rest of the series. Have you sourced the other two, by the way (a bit older and not Welsh!)?
