 Got a bit carried away in getting the lh rocks happening so lost some of the highlights. Bugger.  Can't put them back now can I.  Good learning.  Otherwise pretty happy with how this first experimental work is going.  Stretch and Explore and all that.

Increments indeed

 Had to buy two new pens (0.8mm and 0.5mm) which was kind of exciting in a nerdy sort of way (the others had started running out).  Enjoying the slowness and going with the flow of not planning (and penciling in) too much, not trying to get it exactly 'right' (ie like the original image), but instead responding to the sweeping lines and contrasting textures.  I'm surprisingly not worried about messing it up, having embraced the process (rather than product) focus of the whole experience, I like to think.
