It that what you think when you are going to collect the eggs from the chooks?(I had to look up the quotation - a delightful little poem by ED)
love it! and now I'll not be able to dissociate checking chooks with hoping for eggs with all the connotations of hope and new beginnings . . . will I have time to get through all the connotations between the back door and the chook pen?
